Inside the bus

It had been a long time since going to Pip's Railway Carriage in Lopenhead, South Petherton, Somerset.  Last time I booked one of the railway carriages but this time we managed to snag a table on the double decker bus.  

The food was scrummy as always and a vegetable lover's dream.  Beautifully seasoned kale with a sort of peanut crumb and roasted cabbage (one of my new favourites).  The roasted cabbage was served with a truffle crumb that made the humble vegetable rich and unctious.  Well worth a visit.
