The Hobson restaurant Oz & Isles

Back in March I visited Cambridge; staying at the Hobson hotel.  I initially was not going to eat at the hotel's restaurant Oz & Isles but after a rather tiring day exploring I decided to try it out.  I was not disappointed.  The hotel used to be a police station and restaurant was situated in what would have been a courtyard I believe.  The courtyard had been covered and this beautiful space created.

I spent a pleasant couple of hours sipping wine, and eating this devine dish of miso glazed celeriac and a light salad.
