The first good day after a very wet winter I travelled to Watchet in West Somerset... Watchet is blessed with this wonderful art venue; East Quay.  With galleries, places to stay overnight, a paper maker and artists studios it is a great place to potter around.  

It also has a great cafe; East Quay Kitchen.

Roasted cauliflower with chilli crisps

Now my eyes always light up when I see cauliflower on the menu and this saffron roasted cauliflower was gorgeous.  The tahini dressing gave a creaminess and the chilli crisps just gave the right amount of punch.  Something I am going to take away and cook at home.
