In the last post I was talking about Maria Elia's recipe for carrot fritters which I have already written about many years ago.... I tried it again and it is so easy... just carrots, gram flour, cumin, coriander and fennel seeds made into a stiff batter and fried until crispy. This is recipe I will be using again and again especially when carrots are so cheap. This makes such a great supper dish. I just cook the carrot fritters part of the dish but you can find the full recipe
