Good Mexican restaurants are rare in the UK... Whilst I mostly enjoy the chain Wahaca it is good to find an independent restaurant that just does Mexican food well. Often you are faced with lacklustre flour tortillas that mush the flavours together but Chido Wey is far from that... you can get freshly made corn tortillas with some great fillings. Coupled with a cheeky tequila cocktail I was in heaven.
