Before Christmas I visited the Korean restaurant Bokman in Bristol.  Nestled in the grungy and artsy Stokes Croft area it delivers on dishes inspired by travels in Seoul and South Korea; these are simple dishes with the best ingredients.  Loved it and hankering to go back.

Spicy braised tofu with rice, king oyster mushroom and choy sum washed down with yuzu-ade

Amazing intimate place with canteen vibes but bags of character.  Just wished I had some of the sides as well.
